Unlimited Doctor Visits
This includes unlimited scheduled appointments, same-day sick visits, and telehealth visits when appropriate.
No Form Fees
We’ll handle school, camp, and sports physicals without any extra charges.
No In-House Lab Fees
Common in-house tests like swabs for the flu, strep, and COVID are included.
No Procedure Fees
Services like blood draws and iron checks are covered.
No Vaccine Fees
Your child’s routine vaccinations are included in your membership.

Service Exclusions:
- WOPCare cannot be combined with in-network insurance
- WOPCare does not include labs sent outpatient, urgent care/hospital visits, or services sent outside of the office.

Simple, Transparent Pricing for Your Family
We believe in clear, predictable pricing so you can focus on your child’s health without financial surprises. Our WOPCare membership is designed to be simple and affordable.
WOPCare Monthly Membership
Newborns to 12 Months: $429 per month. (This rate also applies to children with a delayed vaccination schedule for their first year of care.)
Children 1 Year and Older: $329 per month.
Membership Details & Discounts
Sibling Discount: Growing families receive a 10% discount for any additional sibling after the first, enrolled in WOPCare.
Annual Payment Discount: You can save 10% by paying for a full year of care up-front.
Getting Started: A non-refundable, three-month minimum commitment is required to begin your membership.
Billing Cycle: After the initial commitment, your recurring monthly charge begins on the first day of the fourth month.
